Apparently there are a few bad characters in the ID3 metadata in the the mp3 file. An engineer here is re-writing a tool that should fix the issue so just hang on.

Is this the case of every file we upload then? I've only been able to successfully edit maybe one or two items we've uploaded..

What "bad characters" might this be so we can avoid this in the future?

i think it was in your ID3 tags within the MP3 itself.

i'm pretty sure you were screenshotting/referring to this item, right?

that works now -- I made a fix for highly unusual ID3 chars end of last week...
(and other items should work if they previously had similar ID3 issue, too)

Yes, many or all seem to have the same problem. The one I looked at had ê followed by a space in the title.
