ok, done. in the future just follow this clickpath:
Edit item > change the files > right-click on the files yu want to delete and select "delete" > click ok > click the "Update" button.

Thanks...I tried right-clicking myself, but for some reason it didn't work for me

(ignore the previous reply...I only use this account now, but I have been doing a lot of re-uploads lately and this includes otherwise defunct accounts)
