the item was moved. if you are the collection owner you should be able to create new items directly into your collection during upload by clicking the "As a collection owner...here" link and using the dropdown menu the will appear below the link.
item downloads include playing or downloading the file. the rule is one download, per item, per IP address per day. The collection page downloads reflects page views.
