signed.

Quote from the Wikipedia article: "Some sites are totally capable of filtering illegal content, but they won’t and are instead profiting from the traffic of illegal content."

This is absolutely true. It's a real problem. On the other hand, the opposite is also true: Some sites/companies are capable of recognizing content as being in the public domain, but they don't and are instead profiting by illegally claiming copyright ownership.

Of course such copyfraud isn't mentioned in the bill.

stbalbach-

This is a little off topic, but since you wrote that review for "The Sonnenburg torture camp", I thought you might also find this interesting

http://www.archive.org/details/TheMartyrdomOfKhmersMuslims

It is basically like the Cambodian version of the Sonnenburg pamphlet, written by the Lon Nol regime while they were still fighting the Khmer Rouse. The Khmer muslim "Cham" minority would be subjected to a deliberate plan of extermination when Pol Pot took power.

Dudeman,

You have some good materials uploaded. This in particular would not be easy to find, at least I think so, since many libraries do not like doing inter-library loan for pamphlets. How did you find this.

Inter-library loan.

Its free and pretty good for college students, but public libraries charge and are slower.

Unfortunately I just graduated, so I won't be able to use this service for much longer.

Thank you, Dudeman, I read it, a few parts chilling, "no one returned in the flesh." Terrible events, more than they knew at the time. These historic examples of genocide witness documents are useful to help recognize early warning signs in future events.

I found it interesting because the "Cham" ethnic minority were the only group which faced an outright genocide during the Khmer Rouge period. This was because they were a large "tight knit" group which was socially distinct from the rest of society.

Many of the people appearing as officials of the "Central Islamic Assoc." etc. were executed.
