you need to choose a different identifier. that one is taken by the removed item.

The problem was that the project was accidentally checked into the movie section. If a project can not be deleted, is there a way to change it to the proper collection?

On the checkin page, it should have gone under Audio>Pandafuzz

It is the Pandafuzz netlabel

ok, it's been moved http://www.archive.org/details/pf032
you'll still need to add audio files. there is only the meta files in there right now.
