There is a problem with the md5 you uploaded. no need to upload md5 or ffp in the future. it seems to error more often than not. you do still need the .txt file for etree items though.

Forum: audio Subject: Re: please read Lynn Bush's Rights and Permission

I totally apologize for budding in here, but I have no shame about this. As a former soundman and taper, I have a duty to protect the bands, the musicians, the tapers, and The Archive. I just read carefully the Rights granted by Lynn Bush for Sam Bush Band tapes. Lynn Bush is saying only AUD tapes are permitted to be uploaded and saved in Sam's collection.

I believe SBDs are not permitted to be uploaded and saved in Sam's new collection. That's the way it reads to me. (Again, I apologize for pointing this out. I'm not proud of posting this message. I feel guilty if I do not say something publicly right now.) Please read, review, and consider what Lynn Bush says in her permission.

Lynn Bush (and Sam Bush) appear to be granting permission for AUD tapes only to be allowed into the Sam Bush Collection on the LMA:
On August 12th 2011, Lynn Bush granted permission on behalf of Sam Bush to host recordings on the Live Music Archive:

By all means post to LMA away. As long as NO money is exchanged in any way/shape/or form off of Sam's audience tapings, AND preferably it was a good show, you are free to post (and speak kindly of us....HA!). Take care and thank you for supporting live music,

Lynn Bush

Trading and sharing Sam Bush Band SBDs via bit torrents at eTree may be the best way to go. If I'm wrong about this, then I made a mistake, and I apologize.
