a little tip you might want to know. our derive process creates an mp4 with the fast start atom so large files (like movies) start faster. most mp4 conversion has the header at the end, the fast start puts it at the beginning. so the twist is that if you upload an mp4 rename the extension as mpeg4 and our system will create the mp4 with the fast start. if you upload it as an mp4 the system will see that an mp4 exists and not derive a new one.
