yes you can download. simply option or right click on the file you want to download on the left side of the page. or use the All files: HTTP to see all the files for that item and download from there.

Well, I got the "Ogg video" (whatever that is) to attempt to save. Will see if it works. I've never managed to get the "Mpeg" (whatever THAT is) to do anything at all if I click on it. Apparently no one's home when I ring. The Http list is just, well, perplexing. It has coding. I really am Paleo Lady.

edit: Hey, that actually worked! Amazing. Thanks! (I know, I know. He's shaking his head and saying, "Of course. Duh. Why didn't you just ask your teenager? Or, maybe, a 9-year-old?")
