what is your workflow?

At what point in the process are you uploading the audio files?

are you uploading files when you create the item using the online http "Upload" button?

There is no derive task because it appears you did not upload the files when you created the item which is the only time that will happen automatically.

To fix these items follow this clickpath for each of them starting from the web page:
Edit item > change the information > Item Manager > click the "derive" button.

I think I did all pretty much the same and one worked. I am running firefox on linux so I am having to follow the alternate upload plan:

Fill out your information below
Hit the "Share my File(s)" blue button at the bottom
That will now take you to our full-featured item editor, where you can upload the file

So I do that. On the first night I was doing one file per item. The I figured out to do more than one and did that on the second night.

In any case, I did not know about this other process you outlined so thanks for the info. I just did that tonight for all that were missing derived files.

all the best,

drew
