hi, i'm not able to duplicate your problem. using win7 and ie8, ie9 and firefox i was able to successfully upload.

it is possible that it is your ISP network speed.

a couple of suggestions. check to see if you are blocking archive.org. clear your cache. restart.

Gracias,desde hoy,sí me es posible con IE,no así con Firefox,gracias por su respuesta y disculpe la molestia.Para mí es muy difícil expresarme en Inglés,e incluso escribir en Español,ya que soy invidente
