Hi Don, Thanks for the link to my Google Docs page. I agree there is a need for this. I'll mention that John over at Online Books Page has done a lot of work in this area, at his serial archives page.

We need something like a Project Gutenberg or Wikipedia to become the clearing house for serial archives which anyone can easily contribute collaboratively. I don't think Internet Archive is the logical place because many volumes exist elsewhere, it's library independent, although IA has good resources for hosting index's possibly. I like Google Doc's for ease of use and pages will stay up forever even if I were to disappear(!) - no domain name maintenance etc..
