I don't work at IA but we (end users) help each other out as official support doesn't do much hand holding. I've seen tasks take longer than a few days to complete.
When you click on tasks complete, or tasks in operation, what do you see for your pdf? Like under tasks completed there is a box at the top of the page with different colors.. or are there any tasks listed in operation..

Checked out 0
server readonly -- tasks waiting for harddrive fix
No outstanding tasks.
From "Tasks Done", all relevant to the document have been finished in purple.

hmm.. in this case I'm stumped. There's nothing in the queue and it didn't derive. Gerry, or anyone else reading this, any ideas?

I usually tried putting it up again and then have the old file deleted. It should not take to long for the file to derive unless there is a problem with the servers.
