sorry but i'm not able to duplicate the problem. i accessed the metadata without any issues. please try again and let us know if the problem persists.

Please have a look at the attached screen shot.
This page appears when I try to add new files to the item.

i just accessed the directory trees for both items with no issues.

perhaps yuo need to clear your cache. i just accessed both directories and uploaded a files (and then deleted it).

Hi Jeff,
I would say that in somehow I'm denied to edit this item. I've tried a different browser in a different machine, and I'm still suffering the same problem!

Hi Jeff,
I have the same problem with Kayfa_Tata3amal_Ma3a_LLAH_2: When I try to change the files I get the message "Item does not have metadata."
Here is the log :

that item is on a server the is currently offline. once it is back you should be able to edit.

i'm not able to duplicate the problem. would suggest you clear your cache and be sure you are logged in with the same account email address that uploaded the content.
