trying a fix but i think it will fail. the problem, i think, is that the pages are layers (background, foreground, mask). if these were flattened to hi-res images and a new pdf uploaded with those images the file would likely succeed.

It looks like FineReader 10 has the option to same images only. I'll create an image only pdf and try that.
