This issue comes up periodically and sometimes a fix is required so it would be helpful to know a bit more:
How do you know they are not being updated?
Can you please provided links to specific items?

Jeff,

Thanks for responding. I do an hour-long weekly radio show called Rag Radio and upload each one to Internet Archive. Here's the link to our shows: http://www.archive.org/search.php?query=rag%20radio&;sort=-date

At the end of each entry it indicates the number of times the show has been downloaded. I will check back occasionally and none of the numbers have changed -- on any of the shows. Then I'll check again, days later, and it appears that all the numbers have been updated at once. It's been a while since I've seen any changes.

With my last two shows (I'm about to put another one up) -- there are no downloads indicated, and I personally know that this is incorrect.

Is this a problem with the settings?

Jeff,

The link I just sent was incomplete. I sort them by date, so when I referred to the last two shows, I meant the most recent.
