Follow this clickpath:
Edit item > change the files > Share button > Locate the files and upload them > click Update the Files.
When that task is done go back to the item page:
Edit item > change the information > Item Manager > click the derive button.
Let me know when it's all done and I can move it.

Should be all set to be changed to Zero Gravity Circus folder. Thanks so much for your help and let me know if there is anything else I need to do.

follow the same click path as above that you used to add the audio files.

I am still confused... Do I write a text in the description, or do i import a word document. Not sure exactly what you mean by text?

you need to create a .txt file (a text file) with a description of the show and upload the file to the item.

I added a text file and so it should be ready to be put into Zero Gravity Circus music archive page. Thanks again for the help and let me know if I am still missing anything.
quick question, can I convert the lossless files to MP3 so that people can stream the show, once it is put into our bands file?
