you needed to put the names next to the files in the "Edit item" area.

When I go to edit directory tree the Tree Root is correct??

Looking at file names on the Item Page, they are different that what shows on the edit page...

go into "Edit item" scroll down and look at the iles, formats, and derivations: section.
