Re: most downloaded/streamed show |
Surely that number is some sort of glitch. If not, that's odd.
I can't believe I just wasted like 10 minutes reading all those ridiculous reviews that always follow an "Islam Sucks/Oh ah um..." rant. I don't post here too too much, but when I do it's usually always in some thread involving some technical debate over a given performance or source. I don't get into the non-dead or political threads or the weird troll/drama crap, but man, it never fails, every time I see one of that guy's rants I always have the same shocked response of "wow, there sure are a lotta crazy assholes in this world these days, I hope this guy doesn't live anywhere near me."

"The Centrum on 1987-04-03 is second with 585784"
What's up with that? Anyone know what the appeal of this show would be?

I prefer the bookends to that stand, preferably 4/4.

Hand Jive

All very strong versions.

Re: most downloaded/streamed show |
Perhaps the highest energy shows of the late era. This one is generally regarded but arguably the best of the three.
Honestly though I always thought this one was up there because the audience recordings are better for this show than Healy's Ultramatrix sbd recording and so with the policy of no sbd downloads there would be more tendency to check out the great aud's and the shows with good auds would be more likely to make it to the top of the list but obviously this is not the only reason.

Re: most downloaded/streamed show |
Hmmm--I thought it was the RFK by a long shot for a long while. You don't happen to know if it changed dramatically in the past yr or so? Just curious if our fellow Forumites are responsible, or if there is a younger group visiting our (ahem, your) site...

Re: most downloaded/streamed show |
That does seem odd. In Charlie Miller's remastered version, he describes the recording as a crappy soundboard with lots of problems. Oh well, no accounting for taste.
