i can then access this page http://ia600603.us.archive.org/edit.php?identifier=Video-emergenza-rifiuti-Napoli-Naples-trash-emergency-immondizia-spazzatura with no problem. I'll ask an engineer's opinion but it doesn't seem to be a problem with your privileges or the site.

I think it's a problem of site, I can't access to files (I can't add files or delete). Is this happened to someone else?

Jeff, have you asked to the engineer?
If I create another account, can you give me the privileges for this item?
How can I acess to files again?

I think now it works, I don't know what's happened. I will test the upload.
