That is not a collection, that is an item.
If you are logged in you should see the edit item link. If not then there may be a temporary server glitch and I'd suggest clearing your cache, logging out and then in and trying again.

I tried all, I see the edit item link, when I click on it I have always the message: "Item does not have metadata."

I think it's a problem of site, I can't access to files (I can't add files or delete). Is this happened to someone else?
