Other than old time radio programs you would need to have a collection in order to have items moved to the radio collection. In order to have a collection you need to have uploaded 50 items and then send a request to info@archive.org.
To my mind
http://www.archive.org/details/Nightfall-cbcRadioProgram-episodesMp3Format is not old time radio (perhaps my age is showing).
