Seriously, what "good" are "terms of use" if it is abundantly clear that the ONLY intention of said poster is precisely to "annoy"?
I ask you--why even post "terms of use" if they are meaningless? Which, truly, ANYONE here, at the Forum, save one, would say, objectively, "I can see nothing BUT attempts at annoyance...in these posts..."
Now, if you'd said "...because it's too much work to moderate every day..." or "we don't have anyone that cares one jot to do it" or some such, I'd understand.
Sorry if that seems harsh, but posting terms that in reality have no significance, and then to cite them in the face of these displays is farcical, reminding me of scenes from Dr Strangelove.
No offence, but it's gone on for a while, as you've noticed, and the Forum was once something of some significance to a number of, sadly, posters no longer present.
