I guess that explains how we went from 2,000,000 to 2,254,000 in a matter of days (10% increase).

Internet Archive has lots of disk space and can always add more, I suppose. Or, with the government using Internet Archive, government money can probably be found to add more disk space.

It appears to be part of the collection:usfederalcourts

To filter it out of the new uploads list, add a "-collection:usfederalcourts" to the search, ie:

http://www.archive.org/search.php?query=mediatype%3Atexts%20-collection%3Ausfederalcourts&;sort=-publicdate
