Agreed. The search box should be collapseable/hideable/optional to free up screen space so the book can be enlarged to its max size.

the text forum is not for job finding.

check out this link

the rest is up to you. if you are a doctor, you should know how to go about it.

Please now, go elsewhere and stop contaminating this topic.

Therefore I actually wasted time trying to find the switch, I think logical, and it is logical to be able to get rid of it.

After all, in Firefox I can turn off side bars, in Windows I can turn off window side bars, in Fox-it I can turn off side bars.

If it was Tracey's idea, that is understandable, she is overqualified, and obviously rarely visits the text archive as a user.

But certainly its Tracey's job to fix it, IF SHE KNOWS HOW.

And I she says nothing in the next few days, I now have email contacts for her.

Peter,

For the Bookreader, you can report a bug or request a feature from this page:

http://openlibrary.org/dev/docs/bookreader

..which will reach the developers. Tracy isn't listed as one though. Raj and Mang are the core developers.

that is a surprise, I thought Tracey did everything, according to her web site.

But I suppose its good news, it will get fixed easier then one of my 3 pairs of glasses, will suit again.

Thanks

Peter
