This problem may be related to Firefox 3.5 - it sees djvu in the filename, and the streaming seems to trigger the new built-in Firefox viewer "DjView" - not sure how to fix. Work-around is go to HTTP and get the text there since it doesn't stream.

not sure if I understand this issue, but work rounds I use elsewhere

could the file extension be changed on your PCs download dialogue box, example, add a "x"

then once downloaded remove the "x"

I don't have time to look at this issue, but tip, some firewalls block jpg, so sometimes changing jpg to doc or txt, gets thru, the receiver then changes it back to jpg. But be careful of the IT experts in charge of the firewall blowing their tops if they catch on. (I sometimes do that, a jpg of a faulty device is worth a 1000 words when getting advice.

such ideas get around issues like "it sees djvu in the filename,"

Peter
