Would you mind taking your flame wars elsewhere? We need this forum for communicating with IA staff, reporting bugs and helping each other out with questions using the site. If it continues I'll be tempted to ask IA to review certain user posts and ask them to consider stepping in with moderation, which they have done in the past.

1. Read the posts and do what you want, the instigator started it. I'd take it to court if there were such a thing on here, the evidence is overwhelmingly in my favor.
2. I don't see anything making you the ruler of this forum, but feel free to make as big of a deal out of this as possible. I am sure the staff wants to deal with some trivial problem like this that occured because of the instigator that is now kissing your ass in another post.
If you look, you'll see he started attacking a poster for their english and that would be racist if I did it. If anyone needs moderation, it's him. I am done... until he starts up again that is.
Now back to your regularly scheduled riveting dialogue about 19th century socialist conventions and yiddish brisk commentary.
