Would it be possible to create a separate message base for the Open Source Books archive?

The problem is this message board gets a lot of traffic about Nazis, Spam and other issues specific to the Open Source Books archive, which is a minor part of the collection.

IA has a wonderful and very serious collection of the worlds best books from the worlds best libraries, but the community of people interested in that aspect, versus those interested in the Open Source Books, seem to have very different concerns.
