Interesting.

Just so you know, Google Book Search seems fundamentally broken. I guess it's better than nothing but is highly variable. Check my post at Ask Metafilter

openlibrary.org also provides full-text search to the 1 Million+ books on archive.org

The full-text search box is at the bottom..
