Subject: Awesome!
I vividly remember seeing "Lucky Ducky" several times while watching the "Officer Don and Orville" show in Atlanta,in the 60's.

Subject: Golden Age of Looney Tunes & Tex Avery Cartoons
I am really happy that I found this website. I have not had a chance to watch any of the downloads yet which is why my comment does not have a rating.

However, I have several box sets of Looney Tunes and Tex Avery cartoons.

Problem is that they are on laserdisc. I am in the process of finding out how to transfer them to DVD so that I can share them. Most of them are on public domain websites but my copies are much better.

Any tips of how to transfer these wonderful cartoons would be much appreciated.

Subject: What's Racist about Wild and Wooley
Have just finished watching Droopy the Dog in Wild and Wooley. It's been a while since I saw it last. They used to show it a lot at the cartoon festivals at the theaters in the Fifties. I think it's from about 1947. Bill Thompson did Droopy's voice. He played Wallace Whimple on the Fibber McGee and Molly radio show. Can't understand why this cartoon was banned. Makes no reference to blacks or Indians and even the sexy cowgirl's skirt passed the censor. So what gives?

Subject: Yes 10 TB of media
I found in a discarded 1 TB hard drive a pile of Hitler material including pictures, Propaganda films such as Triumph of Will full length. I've been cleaning off one with nothing, but Victrola files. All victrola and cylinder music. I am currently downloading the Believe it or else cartoon which had been sliced and diced over the years. Be patient I am recycling old media from old hard drives, CDs, old discarded flash drives, and DVDs.

Subject: 10TB!?!
If you have ten terabytes (if I'm reading that right) of cartoons to upload, upload them! Most people won't mind the condition of the prints... A bad print is better than no print. By the way, if you have any control over it, can you upload your cartoons in mpeg2 or another higher quality filetype? don't get me wrong, you're uploads are great, it's just easier to do tings with an mpeg2...

thanks for the great cartoons, keep them coming!
