Crosshairs and other hud modifications shouldn't be a big deal. It's manipulation of nonhud sprites, models, and sounds that is a real concern.
really, administration enforcement of consistency is going to be difficult until we have a plugin for league that is capable of forcing consistency for players in the game. I suspect for a while league admins will be pretty lenient dealing with consistency violations until consistency is a bit more hardcode enabled. |
