People ask me too help, so I start my server up and I help them.

Same here, whenever I see a newbie, I try to help him, show him how to make straight walls, etc. And tell him why it's a bad idea to build against build wall, which is a very common building habit of a the Fantasticos.

Many are willing to listen.

There should be some kind of server named "Newbies start here" where all the newbies could join, and there would always be an experimented admin there to help them.
