All matches should be reported by the end of the 21st and that will conclude the regular season. Over that weekend I will schedule the playoffs and the schedule should be out on Sunday the 24th.After the playoffs, we are going to be doing a lot of work on the SFML and will need your feedback. This inaugural season has been rough, but there we have high hopes for the next one. We will hopefully have some sort of suggestion form to be emailed to us ready shortly.

SFML Revival
A lot of issues have arisen and because of my inactivity, it was all thrown on Bob, who was also busy and not much got done to solve them. This is the time when everything gets fixed, and the SFML moves on successfully. In order for this to happen though, it is going to require a commitment from the staff and the players. We have had a good amount of dropouts from the league, even in captain positions.First issue: We need another captain. Master Czar has dropped out and needs to be replaced. Either someone from his team needs to step up, or someone from outside the league (free agent or otherwise) may fill that position. If you are interested please shoot me or Bob a PM on here or an email to sfmixedleague@gmail.com.
Second Issue: Free agents and inactive players. Here is how this is going to work. We are going to hold a sort of, silent draft.
Captains, what I need from you is an email sent to sfmixedleague@gmail.com with the following information.
1. How many people you need replaced and who those people are.
2. A RANKED list of your top 15 choices from the free agent pool.
3. (Optional) A list of anything that you feel we can improve on moving forward with this season. Be extremely critical, I know there is a lot we can improve and I want to do it.
4. Your opinoin on spectators in matches. Yes or no, why and why not. This way I can update the rules accordingly
THIS EMAIL MUST BE IN BY FEBRUARY 1st IF YOU WANT REPLACEMENT PLAYERS!
That should handle everything for now. Expect another announcement tomorrow regarding the standings and results from week 1.
Also a reminder to captains to schedule week 2 matches, week 3 threads will be put up shortly.
Regular Season Begins
The regular season begins tomorrow. Please be patient as we work through the last of the kinks (hopefully) and get replacement players to the teams that need them. Also, captains, the week 1 matches are now available in the match scheduling forum for... um... scheduling. Get on it!
